You will go to whatever base they send you and it will be for the whole month with an uncommutable schedule and you will be on reserve and they WILL send you to a base every month. No matter how many post in the know about the conditions, like cockroaches, pilots keep coming up from the swirling drain of the regionals looking for a way (anyway) into a larger jet.
Mgmt will not negotiate as long as they see a steady supply of starry eyed recruits willing to replace those disgruntled 6months plus senior pilots.
I believe it was Gordon that years ago wrote a book after leaving Continental saying he could easily make money in an airline if he was allowed to fire/recycle all the employees after 5 yrs of longevity.
Allegiant is just demonstrating that concept.
