This is the only company I applied to because Allegiant provides, in my opinion, the best opportunity for any pilot. A company that is growing and making money is where I would like to work.
If a pilot’s plan is to work out his career as a First Officer then apply to all the legacy carriers and Southwest. I would rather be on the front end of an up and coming company whose management knows how to run a business, make money, and has a good working relationship with their employees.

BTW, SWA mgmt knows how to make profit as well, and BTW, their FO's make more money than ALG's Captains, with half the effort and far more predictability.
