If mainline caves on scope (let's hope they don't) then all of Inc's options for jumbo RJ's make sense.
There does not need to be a cave on scope for Inc. to make out just fine on their orders/options. 1) Direct sale-transfer at modest profit or 2) Inc. supplies everything under contract but the pilots.
