This is all from a newhire that I was speaking with. They said that SEA was overstaffed by 10 people. Makes some sense as there are a lot of reserves in SEA. With that said they are using the majority of the reserves from SEA go throughout the system to cover flying.
Upgrade wise. The most junior CA to have a published class right now is a 11/05 hire. 8 years, 11 months, if my math is correct. Everything is fluid and each bid something changes. We have a fair amount of people waiting for class dates at AS, some left for corporate and others just found new stuff.
