Hey guys

Can someone give me a quick tutorial on the one question in the survey that asks us to rate, from most important to least, the various scope issues. I was looking mine over before hitting submit today and I'm pretty sure I have no idea what I'm talking about when it comes to "alter ego," "subcontracting," etc. I'm pretty sure I was clueless last survey we did as well. Lil' help?
