Bro what's your deal? Why twist around the facts? He was on reserve not picking up OT on days off. It's pretty easy to break 100 hrs on reserve at a short staffed airline. None of us are bragging about 1st year pay, only calling out the people exaggerating it saying you won't break 20k when your W2 will easily break $30k. I'm not saying a little over $30k on the W2 is awesome of justified nor am I trying to get on a debate of if per deim is pay or not. Honestly I don't really care, I'm just laying out facts for people who asked a simple question.
