That's basically it. You inform them, when they first offer, what you're looking for and they will keep that in mind for the next offers. I passed on an S5 and RP class for a YX class because I lived in DCA area and wanted to be home based. They basically offered all three at once for me though and that was before the Qs came over.

Honestly, the Q is the probably the best deal right now, as you know you will be displaced off it soon. Especially, since you get an extra type, a bigger bonus and no training contract. The big gamble is that you never know how the displacement will work as RAH generally just gives you two options which aren't usually in your best interest. If you are single and can afford the risk, I would go there.
