Honestly, the Q is the probably the best deal right now, as you know you will be displaced off it soon. Especially, since you get an extra type, a bigger bonus and no training contract. The big gamble is that you never know how the displacement will work as RAH generally just gives you two options which aren't usually in your best interest. If you are single and can afford the risk, I would go there.
The Q would be a great deal for me, however Im current flying a turboprop (135 BE99) I would like some jet time.

But the facts you listed were a good point.
