Some guy who lives in PTC might love it. Great, let him fly them, but don't you dare assign it to a commuting reserve.
How about we make them "Un-assignable" as in, you must BID IT to fly it. No reserve should be stuck with it, and no line holder should be Un-stacked into one.
I liked your idea of no one flies them ever unless they specifically asked for them. I would vote against any TA with SDPs that did not have that protection.
I might vote no to any TA with SDPs even if it did!
