Bedford will only offer more when he is forced to. When he was at Business Express, he offered up crap also and once a CBA was signed and done, he was asked "what would you have done if the TA was rejected?" His response was, "we would have offered you more money."
Bedford tried instituting an FO pay scale a few years ago only to be shot down by the union. He figured that since there has been a 50% turn over he might try it again. This is not negotiating in good faith. I hope you all eventually get released, it would be great to see him lose control and the BOD give him what he deserves.
