I'm sure PSA has excellent instructors. I think it is more with the applicants they are getting, than the quality of the training department. It's only going to get harder from here on out...when you have new-hires attempting to upgrade in a year, when in reality they should be in the right-seat for at least three years.
You said you're flying to TYS for the first time in 4 years at AWAC. I'm saying aircraft routing an AWAC plane or someone other than PSA to a PSA base has always happened. It's not related to PSA growing or whatever the implication was. That's all.
