I don't know if you forgot the just kidding icon or you are being serious here. But in any case I wasn't aware that a 737 F/O flies the same amount of passengers on a given flight as a 777 F/O. A single pay band pays all F/O's one rate solely based on longevity no matter what equipment they are on. Same for captains.
