First of all, Wynncore was kidding.

Second, none of us flying for a regional with less than 15 years seniority want to see bigger aircraft at the regionals.

Finally, almost all of us who really want to fly the 717, myself included, want to do it at Delta Air Lines (there may be a few HAL guys) on the DAL seniority list for DAL pay rates. We all have applications in at DAL, some for longer than we have been at our current job, do everything we can think of to get a call, and still have a silent phone.

Anybody who has taken the "717 at a regional" comment seriously has missed the sarcasm in the associated post.
