I "heard" that no such thing happened with CHQ/CAL. The version I heard was that CAL basically capped CHQ's flying at current levels, no expansion right now. Giving them time to get some of their operational difficulties straightned out brfore moving forward.

And to the previous poster, those CRJ's didn't sit in the desert for 3 years. I-Air went out in the beginning of 2006. SOME planes were parked prior to that. By your calender, those planes would have been parked sometime around 2003. Not the case.
