My info may be a little bit dated, but my technical interview was very laid back. I was basically given a flight plan and wx for a 767 flight from CVG to EHAM on which I was to be the Captain. Questions that I remember were as follows...

1. Read the METAR and TAF for CVG
2. Know all airport signage you would encounter on the taxi route they give you...ie exiting ramp, ILS critical area, hold short lines, runway entrance signage.
3. Jepp charts...Runway distance available, length, width, and lighting.
4. A few V1 questions
5. A few questions about the STAR.
6. Oceanic deviation procedures.
7. A few questions about the SID in EHAM (crossing restrictions...etc.)
8. Max distance you can join localizer
9. Max distance you can join GS
10. Distance avail for landing
11. Appch lighting avail for specified runway

Im sure I left a few out as this is just off the top of my head. Also, he had blown up charts and pictures to read from. Also, for the airport signage, he had blown up charts and the question was multiple choice. IE, what would the sign look like when holding short of runway 27 at CVG, here are 3 choices.

The whole thing was very friendly and very laid back. Just relax and do the best
you can. I did well, but wasn't afraid to admit when I didn't know something.

Good luck to everyone!
