Unfortunately the RJ pilots have been so beat down by this industry that they think anything with more seats must be a better QOL/$$$/security. Problem is going to Allegiant may just end up a very bitter dead end for some.

I hope they negotiate a contract that triples pay and returns home every night scheduling in the base of your choice, but history does not suggest that that reality is going to materialize soon, if ever, if they are able to run the company with a steady flow of "new blood" pilots who are just happy to be there.
