It is over 90 for FOs right now because of our staffing issues, only having 11 days off a month, and the 4 hour a day minimum which you usually get after a single leg back to base the day after or before starting an out of base assignment. I concur that this is not going to be this way forever. I believe 4 years on reserve means you are either a captain, or a FO in a very senior base that could hold a line in another base? My money is on you being a Captain, because I've heard reserve is forever in the left seat with our seniority list being so top heavy with lifers.
