But if I had to guess, I wouldn't bet on the Nic (or some form of it) to not being used. And as far as DOH.. well, I don't see any reason why that couldn't be considered for anyone hired from 2007 - present. There isn't any huge disparity for those in that range with either carrier.
Well, we all have to have opinions about the SLI on SOME level........at least most of us. As for my confidence, it was in regard to a pure DOH-based list or one that encompasses the pure Nic (not portions). One can be confident about something and still be wrong. I'll fully admit I could BE wrong. Just like all of us, I have been before and will be again.
