I am an early July interview and got the same email from AA as Veeone2. I took the November 4th offer. I told them to count me in! I had reservations too but in the end it'll all be the same either way. Getting in now gets me a guaranteed seniority number and that much closer to 2nd year pay. I totally understand why people may choose to bypass the offer but personally I have experienced the negative effects of being junior in seniority on many occasions and I would hate to look back in a few years and think "(expletive)! If only I would have...". But that's just me. Looking forward to starting the rest of my career.
