I would say this. On a personality test, the devil is in the details. Example, I have told a lie. The answer is true, because we have all told a lie. Example 2, I often tell lies. The answer should be false, because the airlines don't want to hire people who lie cronicly.

These are the types of questions that you have to read between the lines in. Another example, "I occationally have trouble sleeping." Vs "I usually cannot get to sleep."

The hardest part of a personality test is admitting you are human without saying you have a serious problem.
