Just be realistic and look at how small the percentage of AMF pilots that do make it there are so you don't get false hopes of a guarantee.
That's probably an accurate number just for Allegient, But that was without the flow through and I don't know of any that applied that DIDN'T get hired there. The first guy that I knew personally that went there (he went in May '08) just made captain.

No guarantees in life, be it aviation or anything else. But I would say your odds are good if that is the direction you want to go.
