I would take the EtD, as it is an offer of employment from mainline Delta. The risk is getting stuck at 9E, however, that risk is real everywhere else as well. The big thing is that if Endeavor shuts its doors, you go to Delta instead of the street. I don't think you could say the same about any other regional.

The EtD is extremely hard to get though, we have had 800+ applications for it, and only about 40 made it through all the way, with about 10 actually showing up for class. You really need to be mainline competitive to get through it. This month we only have 1 EtD pilot, a former Comair pilot.
