High GPA on BS and my MBA. I was just really stupid in high school with my motorcycle. Both wreckeless tickets were by pulling a weelie. If you drive on one wheel its considered wreckless.
I was very fortunate that Delta looks at the big picture.
Being married for 10 years, 3 beatiful kids, own a business, Masters degree, weekly community service, soccer and basketball coach for my kids sports, etc......8500TT, TPIC, 2 type rarings etc....They told me on my HR that they really like my MBA. (I believe thats what got me an invite, but who knows)
Im not bragging, just showing that I was glad they chose not to focus only on my 2 years of stupidity between 16-18, but evaluated the "whole picture".
