I don't know if 0.00 is the same as 60.00 for PCT. I always set mine to 60 and have no problems. I forgot to mention make sure you use multiple bid sheets even if you just copy your first bid sheet to your second and make no changes. That removes the 'all remaining pairings' which will try to drive your schedule to the TLV regardless of whatever your PCT is.
