Just curious as to the amount of people that use PilotPool.com as any reference to the industry. Is this source of information (the pool of training pilots into industry minimums) an accurate source as to the overall pool of pilots going in.. I guess I'm asking how many of the overall people training to enter operators are actually represented in pilotpool.com do you suspect?

Yes, I believe many will point out it is skewed somewhat in favor of the ATP grads since the "ranking system" has it put in that way but that's not really what I'm asking about.

Has anyone had a good experience with getting positive feedback from potential employers as to viewing their profile and setting up an interview etc?..
