I was aware of a very good contract and pay scale signed in 2010. I expect nothing less than industry leading in 2015. So even though he wasn't asking me I'm pretty sure we all new they pays scale when we got hired and are also aware that pattern bargaining has worked and we are not the best paid right now. We all intend to change that. That's how the pattern works
