I ran across this thread by accident. I won't be putting my family on any regional anytime in the future. You and those like you are not ready to fly my family. Period.

I don't think your family is owed anything by an airline. I'm taking a pay cut now because I am planning 10-15 years down the road. It will be much sweeter than if I stick with my current flying job, and my family will be immensely better off.
