Welcome Frick, you seem to have interest in scheduling. I'll share my experience. My first month after IOE was a reserve month. I was able to move reserve days to get like 8 days in a row off.

Second month was build up line & able to trade trips to get another large block of days, (6 maybe?).

Month three was reserve again cause required MUST off days. Still able to move reserve days around.

Month four round one line & able to SAP! It's a wonderful thing! Drop to 17 days off & anything I pick up pays extra!
