I dont quite understand why everyone is trying to compare us to Delta. Delta is on pace to make almost 4 BILLION dollars this year. We might make 200 million. Say we have 1300 pilots on the list when the next TA is reached, if every pilot gets a 40k/per year raise that equals a 52 million dollar increase over our current contract. Over 25% of the yearly profit. I dont see any way the company would agree to a cost increase like that.

I hope it happens but I dont see anyway the company agrees to a contract like that in the next 4 years.
