I wouldn't bet on Skywest having a MKE base after the Air Tran merger. Though the people there certainly are happy with the company overall.
Contracts good through 2012 and it has a clause that covers SKW incase of the any future mergers with Midwest. Yes contracts can be broken but I don't think AirTran would want to pay the penalties. They’ll probably use SKW through 2012 which buys them some time to reposition themselves for whatever venture they're perusing.
