Say we have 1300 pilots on the list when the next TA is reached, if every pilot gets a 40k/per year raise that equals a 52 million dollar increase over our current contract. Over 25% of the yearly profit. I dont see any way the company would agree to a cost increase like that.
Which was done with just under 60 airframes. By the time the ink dries on the next CBA the operation may be upwards of 75-80 airframes, more than likely between 130-140 by time it becomes amendable. I've already financed the growth here once, not interested in doing so again.
