No. There are no new bases in the works at PSA. There is nothing. No flow through, no seniority numbers. It isn't happening. They think with all these shiny planes people are just falling over themselves to work here. There is no reason to give any more. They aren't going to buy this cow when they can get the milk for free. All the dreams of flow through or being absorbed at mainline aren't going to happen.

No iPads, No Good schedules, carrying a lot of MELs on airplanes, despite having hired nearly 500 pilots the company can barely cover flights with only 7-8 more airplanes so far in the fleet, the company refusing to pay check airman correctly, and payroll shorting people all the time. People are leaving once they get current. PSA is turning into what Mesa was. It's like a SWPD. Remember MAPD, Mesa Airlines Pilot Development? Now it's like what Mesa is/was to Skywest. Guys come here, and they're going ASAP. Besides the fact 20%+ pilots wash out in initial training.

They can barely handle what they have. They depend on their pilots coming on message boards, and recruiting for them. Trying to say it isn't so bad. Ok so PSA pilots know it isn't so bad, but it's the same mom and pop airline running at 150% with all available resources and unable to cover 75% of what needs to get done. Stop defending management, and AAGs actions. This airline can barely operate a couple flights into the central time zone without an implosion at the operations center. It's all east coast, and it's flying brand new airplanes on the same routes they've been flying for decades while airlines with actual infrastructure move up.

If they just did things right they'd probably lose a lot of cost savings, and at this point it doesn't seem like it's going to get done right, and they're just going to keep running people off.

PSA is, and always will be, until, like MZ wanted, *REAL* Culture Change occurs, Pretty Sh1tty Airlines.

Regional airlines have to go. This is a turd sandwich. Keep your eye on the prize.
