They are playing a waiting game in the hopes that another regional fails in the next 6 months giving them a supply of desperate pilots. The fact they only hired 16 last month, and have only hired 9 so far in October hasn't made them any more willing to give us a CBA. I do get your point though. I was unable to swap every trip I wanted to this month to adjust my line because of lack of reserves every single day. This place is very understaffed, and like all else B&H do not care. The new crew support group that is part of this BS culture change is about as useless as a screen door on a submarine.
