It's quite the culture shock at first but you get used to it eventually and before long you realize that you are amongst a dang fine pilot group that will drop everything to help you out.
The jumpseat issue is a sore issue right now, no different than it was for the AW pilots. I see both sides of the argument. Still on the fence. But hey, you can't expect a group to just accept a radical change like that after they've been doing their own thing for 50+ years. Of course it's going to cause friction.
