That said, I would be against it no matter what. I like the option now to choose a bigger airplane and more pay, or a smaller airplane with less pay but a better schedule. I believe that would go away with LGP.
It would take awhile to transition, and there is zero reason for anyone to take a paycut. Just curious, why do you like having to choose between QOL or pay? That makes no sense to me. I'd like to know the pay is there, and all I have to worry about is QOL, but I guess to many QOL is a negotiable item... don't get it.
