I don't have to choose between money and QOL......I can choose between money and QOL. I think with LGP much of that choice would be gone. If you were paid the same no matter which aircraft you flew, I think eventually the seniority on all flees would be very similar. So if you are halfway up the 737 list you would also be halfway up the 330 list. The opportunity to fly a small aircraft so you can have holidays off and a summer vacation would not be there.
