That's a fair point to a degree, but I don't think it will be as drastic as you make it. I do believe that each category will be more senior, but with a properly negotiated vacation/leave section, I don't see what you describe as a problem. I'll betcha that international will go more junior than it is now. But some people just have a woody for the big iron, so you could be right. I think with only 18 super premium airplanes, we are hamstringing ourselves downstream because that is the pay rate that determines the rest. And there will be no more 777s added to the fleet.
