It has a lot to do with that we as a company fly very little if any flying on Tue, Wed, Sat. at least out west. Then on Sunday, Monday, Thursday, and Friday on many weeks and months at least with current staffing 100% of pilots in base have to work to cover all the trips and have reserve.

So take something like getting weekends off. Unless you are bidding in the top one or two in your base you have no chance.
