You'd come to MEM on your own dime and take some kind of psych test then go home. If you passed the test, you'll come out again on your own dime for a situation based interview and a panel interview. If you pass that, you get the job. I didn't take great notes, so feel free to contradict me, but that's what I remember. He didn't mention anything about the sponsor/walk-in type things from the past so I don't know if that will be spinning up again or not.
