Agreed, though it wouldn't surprise if the attorney is doing the bare minimum to meet DFR. I'm quite certain it is mostly advisory. I know for certain that my MEC (UAL) is actively engaged at giving our ALPA brothers and sisters a leg up by conducting ALPA exclusive job fairs, etc. I think that is just the beginning too. As our scope starts to tighten, and UAL management has to add another fleet type to mainline, and the block hour ratio gets tighter my guess is more than just exclusive job fairs will take place.
