Just made my quarterly visit to the SAPA forums, specifically the Negotiating Update thread, breathtaking, absolutely stupendous in its staggering stupidity. Hard to believe some of the posters posses a drivers license, much less a pilots certificate. The junior guys have dispensed with the "get out of my seat, old man" cry and have distilled it down to "let's take it from the top seniority captains and give it to the new hires"
Ebola is knocking on the door, and the airline industry is tanking, ISIL is looking to immigrate to the USA, all they need is to do is get some virgin seekers infected, ship them to Paris and every other major airport, wait fo symptoms, then cough, sneezing and touching everything in the non secure areas, or get some jobs in the restaurants and infect legions of travelers to the U.S. The EMB120 is going away as well, I think I will call Shane L. and let him know I wont make a peep if he wants to furlough, heck maybe I wlould even take a right seat qual to help out if he furloughs too many, might need to buy another boat or get the wife some new bolt ons....two way street butwipes. I no longer "need this job" heck, maybe age 67 might even get me a new vacation house with a Turbo Carrera in the heated garage......
