Remember there are 2 Skywests, the line and reserve, the line is ok as long as you don't have to deal with SGU, reserve will have you regretting not hanging yourself at birth with your own umbilical cord. The stupidity and general lack of caring that come out of SS is staggering, it had me, a 10+ year Capt, ready to quit after a couple of years on reserve in a reserve only base. Many days driving to the airport to sit 6 hours of ready reserve, and do nothing had me itching to turn my ID in. To all you future reserves, spend as much time with your family as you can before, because you won't see them much after starting.
