Currently everyone at the pad is Mesaba flight crew, but other's are more than welcome. This is an cheap alternative to moving to Memphis in terms of a room to rent and a great pad when your on reserve.

Own room is available and ranges from $175.00 to $275.00 depending on living arrangement. ie reserve, line holder or staying fulltime in the crashpad.
