They can't be scheduled for a normal E period. The company has compressed the 737 SIM times so they can stick the west coast guys into E period sims. They have not shortened any other sim times. Kind of a cheesy way around the limit.

Got it. I knew I had seen something recently on that issue. Thanks for the clarification. I think calling it a "cheesy way around the limit" is putting it nice. Sounds plain ****ty to me.
