Expect them to get pickier. They will focus more on people who have cargo experience and like the flying, and less on people who have no experience beyond an RJ, who want to come here get a rating and head to a legacy as soon as they get a call.
They aren't desperate for customers and will tailor the operation as needed.
The issue isn't the type of experience. It's the cost of training someone who knows this isn't domestic style, 3 on 4 off flying. They see no value in dumping $100 grand into training someone who has no real long term intent of staying. As to growth...they'll manage it and opt for people who understand the type of flying and like it.
