Pay, retirement too... I LOVE Atlas, but you could financially justify making the jump as an FO if you're going to work at a major for longer than 3 years.
We'll see what happens. I'd be very happy working at Atlas for the rest of my life because I love the job, but if someone's offering more money to do an easier job with more time at home then I'll take it.
