My wife is trying to non-rev home from AMS and when she tries to check-in she gets the following message:

The following errors occurred:

• This field is required. Please enter the correct 13- or 14-digit ticket number. You can find the ticket number on your e-ticket. (2004)

Does anybody know what this is referring to? She is non-reving so there is no e-ticket number.

I am thinking perhaps you cannot check in online to non-rev home but need to use the kiosk?
