So how are the "demographics" different? Do you have some specific data or is it just your private observation? Do you work in the training center or did you observe the lower quality of new hires on the line? I'm not trying to be a smart a**, it's an honest curiosity. I'm one of the new hires, so I want to know how I compare to the better "demographics" from 2007; or did I completely misunderstand your post?
