With the hiring at 100+/month the time to hold any base is coming down quickly. At the current pace of hiring I would say new hires can probably get to any base except SEA in less than 6 months - provided that they are not seat-locked out of that base.

SEA currently has no narrow-body equipment and so it might take a little longer.

It is conceivable in 6 months that new-hires could be coming to the west coast out of training.
