Here are a few tips for those with upcoming interviews at F9, or hopefuls:

1) Be yourself (I know, I know this has been harped on so much in this thread.)

2) Leave your Cell Phone in the car/hotel. Do NOT bring it into the interview. The reason is simple, if you have it in your pocket...you will be dying to look at it. The format of the interview is to get to know YOU, and you of them. Even for that split second that you look at it, you are disengaging with the interviewers/escorts. They want to know that you can actually have a conversation face-to-face and not through text, etc...

3) DO NOT LIE! If they ask you if you read the gouge, answer honestly. Parlay that into an answer that works to your advantage. It's not a problem to read the gouge, it is a problem to lie about it. Keep in mind, you better not use verbatim gouge answers.

Look I know these are simple, but the interview itself is relatively simple. It is not "Stump the Chump". When I interviewed, F9 even told me that during that day, they simply wanted to hire the best all-around people for the job. After being here for a while now, I can totally agree!
